I’m a huge food lover (if you hadn’t already guessed from my blog posts!) and so I love getting food or drink related presents. Below are a few of my favourite gift ideas – I warn you now there’s quite a variety! I hope that you can gain some inspiration from my ideas for any foodies in your life!

The Kitchen Aid is the ultimate Christmas present! Every year I put a Kitchen Aid on my Christmas list and every year nobody buys me one. One day I will own this pistachio beauty but for now I will just leave it here at the top of my list. At £449 it is quite expensive but from what I hear they’re definitely worth the money.
Chocolates – If you’re looking to buy chocolates for somebody for Christmas I would highly recommend the Thorntons Continental Range – They are delicious!
This one is a little bit different to chocolate! For anyone that likes to cook Seasoned Pioneers offer gift sets of a variety of spices, such as; Asian, Chillies, Hot ‘n’ Fiery, Indian, Mediterranean or worldwide gourmet curry powders. I’ve previously brought some of these sets for a family member and they have loved them. Prices vary with the average at around £12.95
Gift set of flavoured oils. My mum has previously bought this for me and I loved using them! The flavours are versatile with rosemary and garlic perfect for roast potatoes and a couple of salad dressings. It’s the perfect gift for a foodie! For £25.99 you get the following six oils: Original oil, Honey and Mustard, Chilli, Award Winning Oak Smoked, Norfolk Vinaigrette, and Lemon oil.
Afternoon Tea – Over the years I have had my fair share of afternoon teas – one of my favourite being at the Orangery at Kensington Palace. An afternoon tea voucher is perfect for someone with a sweet tooth! Many experience websites or hotels will offer vouchers for an afternoon tea and the prices will vary hugely so be sure to shop around!
Pizza cutter and serving board – If, like me, you are terrible at cutting pizzas then this pizza cutter and board are perfect! With indented grooves say goodbye to wonky pizza slices. Whilst this gift is a little bit pricey at £40 can you really put a price on the perfect slice of pizza?
There are two things I love; a personalised gift and a wooden spoon. At £5.50 this personalised wooden spoon would be the perfect stocking filler. This would also be really cute for a couple’s first christmas together or first christmas being married.
Gin Tasting Experience – A couple of years ago my partner took me gin tasting whilst we were away in Edinburgh. We had the most amazing time tasting the gins and pairing them with different mixers – I’ll admit I had to have a sip of the gin and let my partner drink the rest or else I would have been on the floor by the end of the evening! It was an amazing experience and we continue to recommend it to this day. Here is a link to a Virgin Experience gin tasting masterclass.
If somebody you know loves gin and tea then this is the present for them. The set comes with 3 miniature gins; Bombay Saphire, Edinburgh Gin and Siltent Pool Gin, a stemless gin balloon glass and gin infused Earl Grey infusion bags all for only £25.
Salted Caramel Cocoa Vodka from hotel chocolate is a lovely little stocking filler- Available in 3 different sizes ranging from £4-£25
Hot Chocolate Champagne Spoon – I always tend to get people one of these for christmas, they’re a brilliant little stocking filler and only £3.50. The addition of champagne is an added bonus! (A non-alcoholic salted caramel one can be found here)
This hot chocolate hamper from Whittards looks amazing! Although for £47 the person you are buying it for must be a real chocolate lover.
If the chocolate hamper is a bit too pricey Whittards do a selection of 3 of their hot chocolate for £14
A teapot for the tea lover in your life. Last Christmas I was bought a really pretty teapot, in fact it was so pretty I haven’t wanted to actually use it. I personally love the Le Creuset teapots They’re £42 and whilst attractive I would not be too scared to actually use it. They also come in a wide range of colours to match anyone’s kitchen.
I hope you have purchased a few Christmas Presents whist reading this post or at the very least you have an idea or two! My next post will be Christmas Gifts for Him. I have really enjoyed choosing presents for my partner this year and so am looking forward to sharing some of my ideas with you.
