Weekly Song Challenge

I was recently tagged in the weekly song challenge by the lovely Carol Anne – you can find her post here. I often find myself listening to music when I’m having a bad day with my mental health. It can block out my thoughts and transport me out of my own head. I’m not very good at listening to new music though, I like music that I can sing along to and already know all the lyrics – does anyone else have this problem?

Anyway, I like my music and thought this would be a fun challenge to participate in.

The rules are as follows…

Copy rules and add to your own post, pinging back to this post.
Post music videos for your answers to the musical questions.
Tag two people to participate!
Easy!

1. Post a video of a song about wickedness or evil.

I struggled finding a song for this one as I usually only listen to upbeat and happy music. However, I remembered this song, it’s such a sad song about the wickedness and evilness in the world.

2. Post a video of a song from an animated Disney movie.

Is Frozen a little predictable? This is hands down my favourite song from the film, it’s so fun to sing along to (especially if you’re in the car on your own).

3. Post a video of a song that is spooky.

One night I was struggling to sleep and so I had my earphones in listening to Spotify and this song came on. Even listening to it in the daytime I find it incredibly spooky – perhaps I’m just a bit of a wimp? It sends shivers down my spine.

I’m going to leave this as an open tag so if you’re interested in participating in the weekly song challenge please go ahead and say I nominated you! I’m interested to see what songs everyone picks.
